Human Centric Lighting
Carefully researched colour temperatures and light intenities are available on the lumianire designed to replicate natural light patterns, proven to increase the productivity and mood of users in a space.
Modular build for custom fixtures
Solstice is designed to be simple to assemble by production lines using a set of standardised fixings throughout the product. the visually exposed areas of the downlight are attached using a clip together system allowing it to be custom painted based on the customers requirements.
Sylsmart-Connect UX/UI
Sylsmart-Connect, the remote lighting software to control the lighing was also updated for a better UI whilst operating the new downlight product. Making it more user intuative when operating multiple fixtures.
Prototyping and photometry testing
My most rewarding input towards this project was being involved in designing and 3D printing a range of reflector prototypes which were tested through photometry and revised for exeptional light distribution.
